You've built a great career for yourself. You carry pressure most people couldn’t dream of handling. It's genuinely admirable.

But somewhere along the way, you were handed an unspoken agreement:
 Sacrifice your body to succeed.

Everyone knows that deal sucks. And smart lawyers don’t make bad deals.

I used to think feeling soft, drained, and reactive was just part of the job. It’s really not. At least it doesn't have to be.

The game is just rigged against lawyers who want to be physically awesome while staying professionally ambitious.

The fitness industry is a carnival of misplaced priorities.

It’s built by exercise addicts - serving up slop for people with way more flexibility, and way less on the line.

This Manifesto shows you how to rig the fitness game in your favor.

You have no idea just how incredible things can get.

I didn’t write this from the outside looking in.

I transformed my body while practicing law. Inside the chaos, juggling billables, and managing the stress of a job that requires perfection. I'm not special. You can do the same.

This is the exact framework I use to:

  • Build the ideal body for modern life: lean, visibly athletic, well-proportioned, and capable

  • Train in an exciting, low-maintenance way that fits even your most chaotic weeks as a lawyer

  • Prioritize your cognition and stress tolerance - without sacrificing aesthetics

  • Walk into any room feeling physically and mentally sharp (and knowing you can easily keep it up forever)

By the way, this is the coffee table edition of the Manifesto.

Light enough to read in 10 minutes. Heavy enough to shatter you're paradigm about "what it takes."

Helping lawyers get impressively fit without treating it like a second job.

The era of attorney martyrdom is ending.
