Who is ROBBERS for? Who shouldn't join?

Why do attorneys need their own program?

The only way to look and feel your best long term is to do things you can actually repeat. Things are easier to repeat when they’re designed for the life you actually live as a lawyer.

How do I access ROBBERS by Athletic Attorneys?

ROBBERS is on a mobile app. All of the workouts, videos and resources can be found on your phone at your convenience. The app also makes it easy to message Raa so your questions can be promptly answered.

When you purchase a membership, you'll immediately receive instructions on accessing the app.

Will I be able to keep up?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each workout meets you where you're at - whether you're brand new or years in.

The programming uses auto regulation, meaning your ability and how you feel that day determines your exact sets, reps, and rest. This is critical for attorneys whose stress levels are never the same week to week.

Every exercise can be scaled up or down. Movements can always be substituted. You're never stuck.

If you're completely new to training (or coming back from an extended layoff), there's a program inside ROBBERS built just for you: Back Like I Never Left. It's a smooth on-ramp that quickly builds the foundation to dive into everything else.

What kind of equipment do I need?

1) A pair of gymnastics rings and a place to hang them

2) A pair of kettlebells that you can overhead press around 8 times

How much time do I need?

Three workouts a week. 120 minutes total on the high end.

Most sessions run 20-40 minutes per session.

If you don't think that's enough training for stunning results...congrats on your first of many paradigm shifts.

Members have direct access to Raa in the app. Questions get answered fast - whether it's about a specific workout, unique circumstances, or anything else that comes up.

How long does my membership last? What if I need to cancel?

ROBBERS by Athletic Attorneys is an automatically recurring membership that is billed monthly. We make it easy to cancel your membership at any time.

To cancel: go to athleticattorneys.com to login as a member (on top right of webpage), select "My Subscriptions" to manage and cancel ROBBERS. 
If you need to cancel, there are no questions asked. No awkward conversations. Cancellation takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle - you keep access for the full month you paid for.

What is your refund policy?

There is a full refund if you cancel anytime within your first month. No questions asked.

We offer this full refund because our stuff works.

What's best for you is to find a great fit for you and your goals - and the only way you will know that's the case is if you have multiple weeks using our system.

To receive a refund:
Please email your refund request to hello@athleticattorneys.com with your login email address before the conclusion of your first month and your refund will be processed ASAP. Please note that refunds need to be processed manually, so this notice to us via email is required.
